Our Story
We (Kylie and Liana) met each other when we were in second grade. Growing up, we both lacked opportunities to see ourselves represented in the English language. So, when we were was 14, we decided to craft an #ownvoices book that would hopefully resonate with other teens’ experiences. We hope to inspire others and show that teenagers, contradictory to popular belief, can write.
